Hardy Tree & Shrub Guarantee
With purchase of Root Rescue, our one year warranty will extend to five years. This program only applies to select plants, and will cover up to a maximum value of $200 per plant. Using the correct quantity of Root Rescue will ensure the best results and is necessary for the extended warranty program.
Our hardy trees and shrubs are fully guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If our stock does not survive that period, we will issue a credit equal in value to the price paid. While most of the stock that we carry is hardy, some of the plants are recognized as not being reliably hardy without the application of special protective measures. This material will be guaranteed for current growing season only.
Root Rescue Extended Warranty
The limited warranty applies to: Magnolias, Rhododendrons, Rose of Sharon, Japanese Maples, Roses.
Plant and Invoice MUST be presented for credit.
Perennials are guaranteed for the current growing season only.
