Carleton Place Nursery gift cards are always appreciated. They are gifts that are proudly given and proudly received. They are available online for denominations of $25.00, $50.00, $100.00 and $200.00.
Gift cards can be mailed to the recipient or they can be held at our store for pickup. For mailing, please provide the details here. For pickup, you must provide the order number and confirmation slip.

  • How do you get your Gift Card?

    If you request mailing of a Gift Card, it will be mailed and you will be notified. There is nothing left for you to do.

    Otherwise, your order will be available for pickup at our order desk during regular store hours.

    Please await confirmation ( usually next business day ) .

    You must present your order confirmation sheet.
